5 Rules to Arguments

  1. BE MAD AT ME, but don’t insult me. No name calling, shaming and making fun of. Anger is NOT a ticket to speak carelessly.

  2. BE MAD AT ME, but tell me why you are upset. Don’t just assume I should know and don’t say “I told you a million times!”.

  3. BE MAD AT ME, but don’t broadcast it to the world. No post it on social media, don’t tell your friends. Keep it to ourselves to figure it out.

  4. BE MAD AT ME, but don’t forget the many good things about me. Remember the attributes of me that you admire.

  5. BE MAD AT ME, but also remember all the times I have forgiven you.
